Research Says

 The Clinical and Experimental Gynecology & Obstetrics published a study in which 11 subjects with painful periods were given acupuncture treatment for three period cycles. At the end of the three cycles, symptoms had all but disappeared in all 11 subjects, with the greatest decrease found in those suffering from dysmenorrheal.

Acupuncture and diagnostic testing, with personalized wellness plans are found to help menopausal women with hot flashes, night sweats, and flushing. A 12-month study by researchers at Wake Forest School of Medicine and Duke University School of Medicine  found that subjects improved by almost 40%, and those changes lasted at least six months beyond the study. Most subjects saw improvement after three treatments!
